How to Download
iPad or iPhone - Go to the iTunes store on your device and search for 'Zen Planner staff app'
Android Phones or Tablets - Go to the Google Play store on your device and search for 'Zen Planner staff app'
Quick Add a New Person to a Free Trial or Drop In – Now you can add a new person and check them in for a free trial or drop in from anywhere in the staff app. We've kept the registration workflow incredibly simple to get your new person registered for their class quickly.
View Current Membership Status – Now staff can view a member's current membership and it's status on their profile page.
View Billing History – Staff can see a member's recent past, current and future bills. Any current or overdue balances will be prominently displayed at the top of the bill list to draw attention to billing issues that need to be resolved.
Manage Credit Cards – Staff can update a member's saved credit cards, and can add a new credit card on the fly.
Easily Resolve Payment Issues – Quickly view & process a member's unpaid bills with a saved payment account, or add a new card to their profile. If they have a billing issue with a credit card that has interrupted automatic payments (autopay) for a membership, correcting that card information and re-submitting the payment will automatically reset autopay!
