UPDATED - Staff App for Mobile & Tablets 2.0

Class Sessions Reporting Updated

As a first move towards providing a better platform for reporting and analytics, as well as improving the overall performance and scalability of our application, we are beginning to update the way Zen Planner stores & reports on historical data. 

Our first step in moving towards this new data storage platform was to update the function of the Class Sessions report. You will now have the ability to view & edit the data in a Class Sessions report going back 90 days. Any Class Sessions data older than 90 days will be available by clicking the 'View Historical Data' button in the top right of the report screen. This historical data will be read only, no edits/changes can be made to it. 

 

Squashed Bugs

  • Fixed the intermittent issue where skills that were measured in pounds would change to a default of being measured in kilograms.
  • Fixed the issue where the ability to scroll through historical workout results was broken on the member app.
  • Fixed the issue where incomplete payments were causing the bill to be marked as paid.
  • Fixed the issue where membership options with future enrollment begin dates were appearing for sale through the member connect calendar prior to the enrollment date.
  • Fixed the issue where there was a noticeable delay in the system sending a new member a password when 'Automatic Access' was checked under member privileges. Passwords now send out immediately upon new member sign up when the 'Automatic Access' option is selected.
  • Fixed the issue where when separating family member profiles, you weren't able to choose which profile a payment account should be attached to.
  • Fixed the issue where you weren't able to save a changes to the font used in a document template when using Chrome browser.
  • Fixed the issue where when asking for 'Home Address' in the registration form on the kiosk iPad app, the entered value would not save to the profile in Studio.
