We updated our connection with Mailchimp and squashed some bugs to create a better experience for you and your students.    


Mailchimp API Updated

If you are a Mailchimp user, you will have already been notified by Mailchimp that they are making huge updates to their API that go into effect on January 1, 2017. Since they will be discontinuing support for their old API, we got ahead of this change and have already made the necessary updates on our end to make for a seamless transition.

If you are a Zen Planner customer using the API sync with Mailchimp, your connection has already been updated to integrate with the new API. You won't notice any changes to the way that the sync works.


Squashed Bugs

  • Fixed the issue where eligible students were not populating when viewing a class in the studio Welcome Desk.
  • Fixed the issue where workouts that were created now, in 2016, but scheduled for dates in 2017 were not attaching to the selected programs.
  • Fixed the issue where the select all (+) box on the Classes setup page in studio was not selecting all classes on that page.
  • Fixed the issue where the 'Signup Fee' bill and first installment bill for a membership would swap bill numbers when the billing dates for the membership were updated. This would cause any associated payments made towards these bills before the billing date was updated to be automatically reallocated which could cause billing issues.
