We have recently updated our email templates in order to be fully compliant with DMARC policy. DMARC rules for safe senders are in place to ensure that your clients properly receive our third-party emails without recipient email domains flagging your company emails as spam.
In your email templates, you will now see the FROM field locked in as your Business Name <email@example.com>.
As always, you can add a specific email address or email tag to the Reply To field to ensure your client responses return to a specific address. If the Reply To field is blank, it will automatically go to the business info email.
