How to Use an Account Balance

There are 3 places where a person’s balance can be used:

  • On all Studio payment pages (including Retail)
  • On all Staff App payment pages
  • On all Member App payment pages

 

PLEASE NOTE - The account balance function will not be available on the kiosk Ipad app and Member Connect due to overall usage trending away from those products, and that they will be undergoing major changes in the future.

  

Purchase with Account Balance in Studio

If a person has a positive account balance on their account, you will see it listed as a payment option when you go to process a payment for them anywhere in Studio.

Purchase with Account Balance in Member App/Staff App

If a person has a positive account balance on their account, you will see it listed as a payment option on the 'Payment' pages of the Member App & Staff App.
