Apple Store Update Problem

We’ve just updated the Staff App and Member App to include the ability to use your camera to capture credit card details. 

However, Apple users may run into an issue updating their app, due to a bug in the app store:

When you select “Go to app store” from the Zen Planner app, sometimes the “Update” button does not appear, and instead only provides an “Open” button.


When this happens, you won’t be able to open the app until it is updated. So, heads up – if you, your staff, or your members report any difficulties, here is what they can do to get updated to the latest version, and regain access to the app:


1. From the App store click “Updates”




2. Then find Zen Planner, and select “Update”. You may have to pull down on this screen to "refresh" the updates.
