There are two easy ways to access chat:
Through Zen Planner
- When logged in to Zen Planner, click on Help on the top right
- If an agent is available, you will see a Live chat button in the bottom right of your screen*. Click this button and enter some basic information to start the chat! *You may be prompted to ask a question prior to seeing the Live chat option.
- If a pop up does not appear after clicking Help, please clear your cache & cookies and try again
- If no agent is available, you will have an option to Leave a message, which will create a ticket for our support desk
Through Zen Planner's Help Center
- Go to help.zenplanner.com
- Click on the Chat with us button in the bottom right hand corner
- Start chatting!
- If no agents are available, you will be prompted to leave a message
