In this article, we will walk you through how to pay an past due bill, re-run a failed payment and resolve the existing unpaid bill alert through Front Desk
- Click on a member that has the Unpaid Bill Alert
- Click the right arrow
- View the unpaid bills page. Each of the accounts on file for the member will be listed on this page.
- Clicking the Details drop-down arrow to the right of the amount due will display each of the bills the member owes for
- You can click Pay Now for an account without a failed payment. You will also be able to view if there is a failed payment by the attention triangle to the left of the account. You can click the Try Again button to attempt to make another payment.
- Click the "Yes, process" button
- Once the amount is processed, the unpaid bill alert will be removed from the member's profile
