In this article, we will walk you through how to sign an unsigned document and resolve the existing unsigned document alert through Front Desk
- Click to check in a member that has the document alert visible on their profile. You can also click on a member's icon photo from the Checked In section.
- Click the right arrow
- Click Sign Now
- Sign the document
- Click Sign. The document will not let you click sign and proceed until there is something signed into the signature text box
- Once this has been signed, the unsigned document alert will no longer be visible on the member's profile. The signed document will be stored in Studio in the "Communication and Status" section of the member's profile.
