How to View and Update a Profile using Front Desk

In this article, we will walk you through how to view and update a profile through Front Desk

  • To view and update a profile through Front Desk, click the "People" icon at the top left
  • Select a member from the list to view or use the search function to search for any profile in your database

  • Click "Edit" at the top right to update First/Last Name, Email, Phone, Address, or update the member's profile picture.
  • Click the e-mail icon to send an email to this member (The email will go through your default email service selected on your computer).
  • You can also add a membership, manage Payment Methods, pay past due bills, and manage digital signature alerts from the enhanced profile.
