Exporting Client Data from Pike13
Begin by logging into your Pike 13 admin account. From there, you will click on the Analytics & Reporting icon. You will then click on Clients & Staff. This will give you access to several reports you might consider exporting before canceling your Pike 13 account.
Click on Clients
Click on the Details icon and click Export in the top right corner.
Once you click Export, the Report will be emailed to you. Please keep an eye out for this report in your inbox. Once received, please take the time to filter out anyone in which you don’t want to have a profile in Zen Planner. Once that is completed, email it to your onboarding coach and they can proceed with the import.
EXPORTING MEMBERSHIPS –
For your membership import, you will be using Zen Planners membership import template. (attached below) To gather the required information for the template, other Pike clients transitioning to Zen Planner have found success in using this report.
Click on the Analytics & Reporting icon. You will then click on Clients & Staff.
Click on Client Passes & Plans
From here, you are able to filter out expired memberships, etc., until you get to a list of “current” clients.
