- You can clear unpaid bill & unsigned document alerts through member connect.
- You must see a staff member to have all other alerts cleared.
- Alerts will appear on the kiosk & Faceboard, but you cannot resolve those alerts there. You have to speak to a staff member or login to your profile from a different device to resolve the issue.
There are three types of alerts that you may find on your profile that will prevent you from making new reservation and checking into classes: unpaid bill, unsigned document and custom alerts.
Alerts on Your Profile Page
If the alert is for an unpaid bill or unsigned document, there will be a link to take you to the page where you can resolve it (pay the bill, sign the document). Once you resolve the issue causing the alert, you will be able to reserve & check into classes.
If the alert is a custom alert, you will need to speak to a staff member to get it resolved and have it removed.
Alerts on the Kiosk or Faceboard
Alerts will also appear on the attendance kiosk & Faceboard, but you cannot resolve alerts there.
