Attendance Tracking - Staff Use Only Tools
Use this option to collect attendance directly through your Zen Planner studio calendar. Welcome Desk can be used on a tablet, desktop or laptop computer capable of running a modern web browser. Once you're on the Calendar, click into a class to see who is reserved for that class. If you'd like to check them in for the class, simply click the teal Check In button to the right of their name.
Your staff can download the Zen Planner Staff App to their Android or iPhone to collect attendance on the go.
You can also download the staff app on an android tablet or iOS-based ipads. (Please note: We support the last 2 versions of iOS)
You can launch the front desk through studio. The front desk is a great option if you have a desktop/laptop computer available for checking in your members.
Attendance Tracking - Member Facing Tools
You can launch the KIOSK MODE by logging into the staff app and selecting Kiosk Mode. This mode is designed to be left unattended by staff to allow members to check themselves in.
The Zen Planner Kiosk iPad App is designed exclusively for use on your iPad and can be launched then left unattended by staff to allow members to check themselves in for classes & appointments throughout the day. Available to download from the iTunes store to your iPad.
Faceboard can be used for attendance tracking alone, or in conjunction with our Advanced Workout Tracking to also log workout results. Faceboard can be used on a tablet, desktop or laptop computer capable of running a modern web browser.
The classic attendance kiosk is a basic attendance tracking tool that can be run on a tablet, desktop or laptop computer capable of running a modern web browser. On desktop & laptop computers with a USB port you can add a USB barcode scanner to expedite the check in process.
