Where To Find AutoPay Info on a Paper Check

Required Information for EFT - U.S. Customers

If you are using EFT in the United States, please enter the Transit/ABA (Routing) number and Account number. These numbers are located at the bottom of your paper check. The Routing Number is usually 9-digit number. Account Numbers may vary in length.

Required Information for EFT - Canadian Customers

If you are using EFT and are based in Canada, please enter your Institution Number, Branch Number and Account Number from the bottom of your paper cheque. The Branch number is 5-digits, the Institution number is 3-digits and the account number is 7-digits.

Required Information for EFT - Australian / New Zealand Customers

If you are using EFT and are based in Australia or New Zealand, the BSB and account number are located at the bottom of your paper cheques. The BSB number is 6-digits with no dashes and the account number is 10-digits with no dashes.
