By Live Chat:

  • When logged in to Zen Planner Studio (studio.zenplanner.com), click on the Help button on the top right.
  • If an agent is available, you will see a Live chat button in the bottom right of your screen. Click this button and enter some basic information to start the chat! You may be prompted to ask a question prior to seeing the Live Chat option.
  • If no agent is available, you will have an option to click on "Leave us a message," which will create an email ticket for our support team.
  • You can also access the Live Chat option directly from help.zenplanner.com, by clicking the "Chat with Us" option on the bottom right corner. If no agent is available, you'll be able to click on Leave a Message and email us instead.

Weekend Support:
