Using Time Phrases in Reporting

While running a report in Zen Planner, you may use common phrases to pull up the time frame you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for all bills in your database for the previous January, you can set the criteria as:

"Due Date""is" "last January"

Here is a list of phrases you can use:

  • Month to date
  • Year to date
  • 3 days from now
  • 3 weeks from now
  • Yesterday
  • Today
  • Tomorrow
  • This week
  • This month
  • This year
  • Next week
  • Next month
  • Next year
  • Next 3 months
  • Last week
  • Last month
  • Last year
  • Last January
  • This January

If you are looking for an exact time period, you can use the "on or after" and "on or before" criteria to bookend the dates you're looking for. For example, if you only want to see bills due from April 1st through April 15th, you will use two sets of criteria:

"Due Date" "on or after" "4/1/15"

"Due Date" "on or before" 4/15/15"
