New Feature!

The Kiosk iPad App

Seamless member check-in, new customer sign up and self-service retail

 Available through the iTunes store, the new kiosk iPad app!

The new kiosk iPad app provides a seamless interface for existing member check-in, allowing new customers to sign up and sign documents and the ability to manage self-service retail.

Members & prospects can now register for a membership and check-in to a class through a simple user interface. When signing up, new members can take their photo and digitally sign waivers and contracts and even pay for their membership in just a few steps – it’s super simple. With the Kiosk iPad App, business owners are free to focus on building relationships and engaging with their members and students, rather than managing an inefficient paper process.

Squashed Bugs

  • Fixed the issue where a staff member was unable to go to a student's personal profile and view tasks on the profile's Task Report.
  • Fixed the issue where when pulling a Notes report, staff were unable to see the "updated by" field populated on deleted persons.
  • Fixed the issue where when a staff member would log into the database, they were unable to see calendar items where they were designated as the assistant staff member.
  • Fixed the issue where when members logged into the member connect site using Internet Explorer, they would see classes showing as full when attempting to reserve.
