Building Warmups and Cool Downs in Advanced Workout Tracking

While building a workout in Advanced Workout Tracking, you can use text for the Warmup & Cool down sections as necessary.


Click Workouts

Click +Add Workout

When you're ready to build your warmup and/or cool down, click on the Select Section Name

If you've previously created a section name called warmup and/or cool down (or whatever you'd like to call these sections), choose it from the list.  If it is not there, you can click Add New Workout Section Name to add it.



Click into the Search and choose +Add Text



Fill in the Description box with your warmup/cool down!


Click off the section to save
