Programming an EMOM Workout

This article will walk you through a how to create an EMOM workout


After creating your new workout (overview found here), click +Add Section

Choose the Section name for your workout by clicking the Select Section Name Drop Down

In the search bar, search for the Skill you created for your EMOM workout OR click on +Create New Skill


In this example, we chose to +Create New Skill

Name your Skill

Choose the Type "Score"

Choose "UP" in the Success drop down

Write your workout in the description section. In this example, we programmed:

EMOM 12 Minutes

Kettlebell Swing

Athletes record the kettlebell weight they used
