This article will walk you through how to manage accounts with multiple gyms or facilities on the Member App
If you are a member of multiple facilities that use Zen Planner, you can add each account to your Member App!
- Log into your app (for directions on logging in, click here)
- Click on the Z icon on the top left and then select "Accounts"
- Click "Add Account"
- Type in your email and password for your additional account. If you do not know the password, choose "forgot password?" and follow directions to reset your password (found here).
- Repeat these steps to add all of your accounts to the app!
To delete accounts:
- Click on the Z icon and select Accounts
- Click REMOVE next to the account you wish to delete
