{QUICK TIP} How to view your help ticket history

  • Login to your Zen Planner database.
  • Click the 'Sign In' button in the upper right hand corner.

         

  • Click the blue 'My Activities' link in the upper right hand corner.

         

 

  • Your current and past tickets will be listed under 'My requests', just click on a link to view the content of a ticket.
