The Member Privileges page allows you to control how people can access and use your Zen Planner Member Connect site. You can find it by going to Setup>Member Connect>Member Privileges.

Family Members
Add Profiles
This setting is helpful if you allow online registrations (memberships, free classes, events, etc.) and you want existing members to have the ability to add additional family members to their profile. For example, if you offer programming for kids, this allows a parent to register multiple children and remain in control of communications & billing for their entire family. Update Profiles
Members with passwords can login and update their own basic profile info (phone number, email address, etc.) for themselves and any other person on their family profile.
View Attendance
Members with passwords can login and view the attendance history & future reservations for themselves and any other person on their family profile.
Upload Photo
Members with passwords can login and upload a profile photo for themselves and any other person on their family profile.
Ask if Guardian?
This setting adds the prompt at the top of all your online registration forms where a parent can click a box to enter their contact info and register their dependent (see the screenshot below).
Financial
View Bills
This setting is REQUIRED if you expect people to purchase & pay online for anything (memberships, retail, drop in's, etc.). If this is not checked then your business will not be able to accept online payments. Members with passwords can also login and view the current and last 30 days billing history for themselves and any other person on their family profile.
Pay Bills
This setting is REQUIRED if you expect people to purchase & pay online for anything (memberships, retail, drop in's, etc.). If this is not checked then your business will not be able to accept online payments. Members with passwords can also login and add payment account information and pay bills for themselves and any other person on their family profile.
Change Card Info
Members with passwords can login and update/change any saved payment account information for themselves and the payment account info for any other person on their family profile. This also gives them the ability to delete their payment account on file.
Mobile Devices
Mobile Check-In
This allows members with passwords to check in for reserved appointments and any classes they are eligible to take by going to your mobile Member Connect site and logging in. This feature is not related to the downloadable Member App; people must go to your member connect site through their mobile devices' web browser to access this feature.
Automatic Access
Create Passwords
Checking this box will send a password to any heads of household with a valid email address that you have set up with a membership (or who has a family member you have set up with a membership) through the studio site. By default, every person added to your database is their own head of household, unless they are part of a family profile. Anyone who registers online through your member connect site automatically receives a password regardless of this setting.
