How to View Alerts on the Staff App

In this article we will walk through the different alerts you will see on the Staff App

There are 3 types of blocking alerts that would be visible through the Staff App:

  • Unpaid Bills
  • Unsigned Document(s)
  • Custom Alerts

There are 2 types of notification alerts that only occur when checking someone in through the Staff App:

  • Membership Attendance Alert
  • Class Maximum Alert

The only alerts that will display on the member's photo will be alerts that have the ability to block a member from checking in. If more than one alert is active for the member, they will all show up on the photo

Unpaid Bills: This alert will show when there is an Unpaid Bills - Kiosk Alert automation that is active, set to prevent check in for a member that has an outstanding balance

While checking in a member that has an Unpaid Bills Alert, you will see the below message as a notification.  You will still have the option to check in the member using the Check In Anyway option at the bottom.

Unsigned Document(s): This alert will show when there is an unsigned Signature Document assigned to a member

While checking in a member that has the Unsigned Document Alert, you will see the below message as a notification.  You will still have the option to check in the member using the Check In Anyway option at the bottom.

Custom Alert: This alert will show when there is an active custom Kiosk Alert Automation set to prevent check in OR if you have added a custom alert to someone's profile.

When checking in a member that has a custom alert, you will see the below message as a notification. You will still have the option to check in the member using the Check In Anyway option at the bottom.

COMING SOON: When viewing a custom alert that has extended language that goes beyond what is displayed, you can click the down arrow to display the entirety of the message.

Membership Attendance Alert: This alert will appear when the membership being used to check in has no remaining punches left

While checking in a member that has a Membership Attendance Alert, you will see the below message as a notification, but still have the option to check in the member using the Check In Anyway option at the bottom.

Class Maximum Alert: This alert will appear when the session selected for check in has no remaining spaces left

While checking in a member that has a Class Maximum Alert, you will see the below message as a notification, but still have the option to check in the member using the Check In Anyway option at the bottom
