In this article, we will walk you through how to view and update a profile through the Staff App
- To view and update a profile through the Staff App, click and hold on a member's name from either the Find or Checked In section. This click and hold feature will also display the ability to click into Unsigned Documents and Unpaid Bill Alerts from the drop-down in order to resolve.
- Click Profile
- You can update the First/Last Name, Email, Phone, Address and Photo fields within the member's profile
- You will be able to send an email, call or text through the member's profile that will use the information on file. The email will go through the default email on your mobile device as well as the text and phone call.
