Clearing Cache and Cookies in our Preferred Browsers

Are you encountering strange and mysterious errors when using Zen Planner? It's possible that your browser has stored data that is causing these errors. We suggest clearing cache and cookies as a first step when encountering errors in Zen Planner, as it can often result in a quick and easy fix. Below you'll find directions on clearing the cache and cookies in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More Screen_Shot_2018-11-27_at_10.30.40_AM.png.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

To delete all cookies and to clear the cache stored on your computer for Firefox, do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu , found on the top right, then Library, followed by History.
  2. Click Clear Recent History....
  3. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  4. Click on the arrow next to Details to expand the list of history items.
  5. Select Cookies and Cache and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.
  6. Click Clear Now to clear the cookies and close the Clear Recent History window.

  1. Click Safari at the top of your screen and select Clear History.
  2. Select all history from the drop-down.
  3. Click on Clear History.
