How to Customize Online Registration Forms

You can customize the online registration forms for the following functions:

  • prospects
  • free trials
  • drop-ins
  • memberships
  • appointments
  • events
  • retail store checkout

 

Step 1

Go to Setup > Member Connect > Registration Options .  This section lets you select which form you will be editing.

 

Step 2

After you make your selection use the edit form fields drop down to add additional info. You can also use the required checkboxes to toggle required info fields. If you need to request information that there isn't a pre-made field for, click the 'edit custom fields' button.  Click here if you need help working with custom fields.

Preview Your Registration Form

To preview your form, click on the View Form on Member Website link and a new browser tab will open to your Member Connect site featuring that form. If everything looks good, then you are ready to go.
