You don't need to do anything; this is an automatic process!
As part of the setup process, you can determine which members automatically get access to SugarWOD, based on the Zen Planner membership type. Athletes will only be granted access to SugarWOD if they have a Zen Planner membership type you've chosen to sync with SugarWOD.
When a new member joins your gym (they buy a [synced] membership in Zen Planner) they will automatically have an account created in SugarWOD, this will be followed by an email with their login information.
When a member's contract ends in Zen Planner (the membership is cancelled or expires) they are automatically removed from your gym account in SugarWOD. When an athlete is removed from your gym, they will default to the free SugarWOD account and keep all past training data.
During synchronization: In "Step 4: Removing Members", SugarWOD will remove people from your SugarWOD gym if they do not have an active (selected) membership in Zen Planner. If you do not want to remove these members, make sure they have a Zen Planner membership type that you've chosen to sync.
After synchronization: If you're an account owner, or have account admin or athlete admin permissions, or have Storefront and/or Publishing permissions as a Partner in the Marketplace you can edit membership types synced to SugarWOD through the gear icon > Member Sync Setup (after making changes to membership types in SugarWOD, we recommend completing the sync wizard again to ensure Zen Planner and SugarWOD data are in sync).
